Bilingual Manufacturer Trainer – Liaison

Bilingual Manufacturing Trainer/Liaison                   Salary Range: $25 – $31/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The bilingual Manufacturing Trainer/Liaison role will collaborate with Production Managers and Supervisors to ensure effective delivery of training to operators in all production departments, while ensuring safety in the workplace.

• Training will include but not limited to, hands-on and classroom.
• Deliver “On the Job” training to operators in order to achieve required standards, efficiencies and performance.
• Assists in reviewing current process videos for accuracy, suggesting new training where needed and methods of training to ensure successful comprehension of production skills and responsibilities.
• Assist Human Resource with prospective and new employee tours.
• Maintain/implement standard operating procedures, forms, job training aids, and training records as needed for all training sessions executed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be willing to be flexible and rotate between various positions and shifts in the operation based on business needs.
• General Industrial Safety principles preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a union setting preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues and proactively implement solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of organization.
• Must be able to work independently, manage projects, meet deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint, Outlook, required.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours per day.
