Bilingual HR Generalist Position

Bilingual HR Generalist                            Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000

• Translate all company documents from English to Spanish.
• Translate/Create Standard Operating Procedure videos for each factory position from English to Spanish.
• Create a recruitment plan according to operations and sales projections.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new hires.
• Process background checks, pre-employment drug screenings and employee eligibility verifications.
• Monthly audit of Seniority list
• Process disciplinary actions and track daily attendance.
• Track 30-60-90-day evaluations.
• Maintain applicant tracking log.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a mid-sized HR department, for a fast-paced organization.
• General Industrial Safety principles preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a union setting preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues and proactively implement solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of organization.
• Must be able to work independently, manage projects, meet deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive matters with empathy.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint, Outlook, required.
